About the RoleRDC is looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about recruitment and human resource management. This role will be responsible for the recruitment process and coordination of HR tasks globally within the full scope of the HR framework and end-to-end Employee Journey. This role is also responsible for coordinating and supporting stakeholders and executives in business-related activities. Key Accountabilities of the RoleSupport Talent and Capability and Hiring Managers in the complete recruitment lifecycle.Champion the HRIS platform, including upkeep and creation of new processes and functionality.Captain the Employee JourneyCoordinate and support tasks within the entirety of the Employee Journey.Foster strong and positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.Working in conjunction with Finance to facilitate the delivery of Reward and Recognition programs.Supporting Global Mobility of employees by seeking advice regarding visas and relevant taxes, and coordinating the preparation and travel of employees for business trips and secondments.Championing employee engagement initiatives to support team building and connection on a global scale, as well boost employee wellbeing, Including company Newsletter - Rich Connect, ESG Committee and wellness events. Collecting, preparing and presenting Employee performance and engagement data at Talent Mapping workshops with Executive Committee TeamChampion employee learning and development via internal training, mentoring program and external education.Support the administering of performance management including annual appraisal, employee check ins, performance improvement and disciplinary processes.Leading internal communications to support employer brand and maintain open, clear and thoughtful communication company wide.Oversee the policy framework, documentation and regulatory compliance for the departmentCoordinate preboarding, onboarding and offboarding of new hires and employees.Support the talent acquisition processes including hiring manager support, candidate care and employer brand internal and external under the guidance of MarketingKeeping up to date with Industrial Relations and ensuring compliance. Your Skills & ExperienceBachelor of Business, Human Resource Management or similar.Graduate to 3 years of experience.Proficient experience using Microsoft Office suiteThe ability to communicate at a professional level both written and verballyExcellent coordination skills and the ability to work to deadlines and schedulesMatured individual with high self-awareness so as to work in a diverse and open environment with team members across different continents, cultures and ethnic backgrounds.A demonstrated ability to effectively organise and manage multiple priorities and have high attention to detail.A driven individual aspiring to drive human resource management as a career.Passionate about fostering talent.Be a self-starter who can work as part of a team and autonomously.Use their motivation and intellectual curiosity to employ a solution-focused approach at work.Have an interest in employee and candidate experience and a desire to be a cultural ambassador.
