The Role

The Operations Support Engineer will be accountable for installation, configuration and maintenance of operating infrastructure and IT systems for Rich Data Corporation.


Duties

  • Install and maintain infrastructure and IT systems to meet the agreed requirements
  • Maintain build book, runbook, configuration and other operational documentation for RDC operating infrastructure
  • Manage the relevant vendors to meet service level agreements, and rectify incidents, outages and faults
  • Manage the end user computer systems within RDC group, and provide support to internal users
  • Manage security for the IT infrastructure including end user computing systems
  • Other related services requested by the Head of Delivery and Operations for the duration of the engagement
